Dinah and I can tell you that the New Mexico sky is full of white trails going every which way. The one day with blue skies unsullied by white lines crisscrossing the sky, we ran into a woman in downtown Santa Fe who assured us that the government had simply run out of money to spread the chemicals. Now, maybe those white lines are just condensation from jets flying high .. but shouldn’t we all be asking questions as to whether they are more nefarious chemicals designed to, just sayin’, cause mass sterilization (explaining the declining birth rate in the US?), change the weather, or control our minds? You may think these are silly theories but then why are eight states considering legislation that would ban chem trails, including the great state of Texas?

Dinah and I started playing a bit of pickleball in Santa Fe, overcoming my 20 year bias that it is a wimpy sport. Santa Fe has three incredible public gyms, that include these pristine outdoor courts and .. well .. .curiosity got the best of us. Either that or we were affected by the chem trails.
The Pickleball crowd ends up being incredibly social .. one woman said she had literally established her entire social life in Santa Fe through pickleball. At any rate, we were extremely welcomed and other than people feeling sorry for us with our $10 paddles, we felt very part of the crowd. A couple of folks even said they were excited to be playing with people from the part of the country where Pickleball was invented.
We have to mention that the Chavez community center in Santa Fe is absolutely insane for a public facility. Three swimming pools, an ice skating rink, basketball courts, full gym/lifestyle fitness facilities, racquetball courts, and pickleball courts are just some of the features. All very high quality. How can this happen in such a poor state?

Here is a sign we don’t normally see, on the only road into White Sands. Get questions answered at the visitor center!?
